1. The dust won't settle for a few more weeks. Then I can talk about things and get on with the Transparency series, etc.

2. Check out A Band Named Girl. My bro-in-law just joined up with them on the drums. He's a freakin' incredible drummer who hasn't had a regular band situation in a while, so I'm happy for him. He deserves it. The band sounds pretty good too.

3. This incredible portfolio site both inspires and frustrates. Actually, it makes me want to just friggin' hang it up and start that house painting business. Why should I bother when there are people that freakin' talented out there? The weathered style, the typography, the attention to detail, just top freakin' notch. Did I mention it's Flash. Yeah. It even has engines and a '69 Mustang (check the desktops in 'odds & ends'). I've got nothing. I'm like Pedro in the eighth. I'm throwing everything in the trash.
