Three years ago today the most stunning vision of beauty I have ever witnessed appeared in the doorway. Familiar music began to play as she glided slowly toward me. An uncontrollable smile plastered itself across my face. A man in a white robe asked us each an age old question to which we respectively replied "I will". I did my best to capture the tears streaming from her eyes. We kissed the kiss anticipated for over a year and walked out into the warm autumn sunlight. The applause and camera flashes of friends and family filled the air. Later we danced to "Baby I Love You" (Ramones version) as feelings of pride, joy and ecstatic happiness overwhelmed our every thought and motion. It was the perfect day.
